Tanzania would know that PEK would be a $10b company once fully operational. Operational cost of $32 per kg NdPr would get invested into Tanzanian economy. With 16% share in MC. SML will not be far away.
Tanzania has strong link to UK economy with English speaking population, they are not a small Pacific island country to get bought. So talk of China influence in blocking PEK has no basis.
