Me? I look at the recent market update, and I think to myself: the formation of that new company is likely - not definitely, no, but likely - the last major impediment to the granting of the special mining license. That being the case, my feeling is that there's a lot more upside to holding on for another month or so to see how things pan out than the risk of what might happen with the President. If it were the Ivory Coast or the DRC, then yes, a coup would be a major concern; but Tanzania? I'm not so sure.

I'm comfortable deciding to hold for a little longer - to wait and see. That's based upon my personal circumstances, though, and I would not tell anybody to follow my lead without thinking about their own circumstances, and their own evaluation of the situation.

I don't buy the "major impediment" talk track. If it was always needed, why didn't they just set up a new company years ago?
