According to the Corruption Perception Index 2020 (CPI) that I just consulted, Tanzania is ranked equal 94th, together with Brazil, Ethiopia, Peru, Suriname, Serbia, Sri Lanka and Kazakhstan. I wonder if the CPI would be similarly worthy of consideration if the REE deposit was in Serbia?
