not once did I say anything about China's B and R programs
you all have
however in most cases in this World
you can buy what you want with a brown paper bag
easy as that
and still the government have not signed off
AFTER years and years OF SIMPLY FOOLING AROUND !
now why would or could that be ?
and never forget, please I am a longer termed and maybe a bigger invester
than most here, from when PEK first started in Taz.
