I cannot see who else it could be, the heading "foreign investment" says it all, over US $100 million X 2, of Direct Foreign Investment to kick things off, sounds pretty good start to me.
Its a massive statement from them, announced at there mining conference to the World !!!! saying "We are open for business"
For them, there is no turning back now.....
We cant doubt it anymore can we ?
I mean it was the Vice President of Tanzania that made the announcement !!!!!!!
