Mate, you should try and do some of these international deals! If you think you can get 8 stars, all in different time zones, all with different agendas, etc. to sit in a room, agree on a deal and then sign well then you should serve a s249 and express an interest in becoming a director because clearly you would be a valuable asset. I think it is very prudent to go into a halt to avoid leaks. Go read the ASX listing rules and corp governance guidance and then you will find that this should be done far more by companies to avoid leaks.

imo NOR will come out of a halt today and those that have made money over the last couple of weeks will switch into the battered zip which clearly offers short term value imo and long term!
