Yes, makattack is correct - I meant scaling up rather than build per se. Also remember there are jurisdictional issues as well i.e. you don't just build it all on one platform in one place but you need to deal with different countries and use different platforms which together feed into the one app as we know it. Its funny how some used to compare NOR against ZIP and say how cheap NOR was. The tables have turned a bit now and we should all say ZIP is so cheap compared to NOR!
