I am from a bio background and will be watching this company very closely. Biologics are the future and as posted above, crossing the BBB is a huge obstacle for a lot of treatments. Glioblastomas are ugly and are usually fatal-- very quickly too. If it works in vivo and is proven safe, then this will be massive...still a lot of hurdles but plenty to like here imo.

I also really like the emphasis on developing conjugate drugs, especially with the PARP inhibitor olaparib (https://www.globenewswire.com/en/news-release/2020/07/22/2065798/0/en/Global-PARP-Inhibitor-Market-To-Grow-At-A-CAGR-Of-27-4-Due-To-Expanding-Role-Of-PARP-Inhibitors-In-Cancer-Treatment.html). A combination therapeutic of these two could be game changing, as the majority of current treatments have terrible side effects (eg surgery, radiation and chemo +/- adjuncts).

If it all goes to plan, PAB could potentially use deoxymab to treat a number of primary and secondary cancers, DNA diseases (eg SLE/lupus, Huntington's etc...most of these conditions are treated with drugs that have significant side effects eg methotrexate, corticosteriods.

reminds me a bit of IHLs approach with targeted synergistic therapies. big future here imo DYOR good luck holder all that jazz
