If you want any confirmation of where we could be in 12 months time, have a look at Imugene (IMU). A very different cancer asset but also in a hot cancer space.

12 months ago IMU had a share price of less than 3c. IMU has breached over 40c in the last few weeks (currently 36c) and has a current market cap of nearly $1.8 billion!!

Now turning to the value of PAB's key assets (DX1 and DX3):
1) Platform technology,
2) In the "hot DDR/PARP space",
3) Ability to enter the BBB - as an antibody drug through a novel transport mechanism (ENT-2) which is unique to DX-1 and possibly DX-3 (an ability not found with any other antibody drug on the market!! - NB much smaller "small molecule" - "blockbuster" PARP drugs such as Lynparza and Zejula are unable to do this!!),
4) Conjugation with small molecule drugs unable to enter the cell membrane (or nucleus),
5) Antibody-drug conjugation (ADC) ability in general,
6) Conjugation with radionucleotides (at much lower doses than conventional radiotherapy),
7) Ability to bind to "DNA clouds" associated with the extracellular "dying cancer DNA" of primary and secondary (metastatic) cancers (before they are diagnostically detectable with conventional diagnostic methods!!,
8) Ability to be used as a diagnostic (and hence recent collaboration with Imagion Biosystems -IBX)

....could potentially see us go beyond the $2 billion market cap in 12-24 months time!!

Our share price is pretty much at the tip of the proverbial ICEBERG in terms of EV and current market cap.

There will certainly be ups and downs in the share price over the next 12 months (as traders play their usual games - who will no doubt get caught along the way trying to pick the bottom and tops for their short term gains - if only they could see the big picture potential of this stock?)

But for all of us long-term (buy and hold) Pabsters - Agreed with you all - this will be HUGE!!
