re: hvn getting dumped (initial views) i think you needed to get on board HVN about 6 to 12 months ago. i don't see the short term outlook for it as positive. Think about it. The housing market is plateuxing or dipping. First home buyers are dropping out of the market and interest rates are on the way up.
The demand for their products will surely soften over the next 12 months. my opinion only.
