Your posts are always very informative, I dont find today's announcement that annoying as from memory they did set the 26th of July as a tentative date. Now , saying that, if they dont collect the 10 mil when they say they were going to then that would ring alarm bells for me, of course once that has been collected it wouldnt worry me 1 iota if the deal fell through as quite clearly the land they are sitting on is quite valuable and they would have an extra 10 large in the bank !!
