    Any idea when it will be done? THis year? Next year? 5 years? Will QTK be bankrupt by the time it finally occurs? Does China have to pay compensation to the current users of the spectrum, hence the delay or reluctance to clear the spectrum? Why don't QTK have an approximate time scale for spectrum completion?
