My understand and I maybe way wrong is that the lease was due August, so only two months late which is the norm atm. I think a major holder of QOL maybe behind the mine leases taking longer these days but enough about that. :)
Should be all done soon but I did expect production to be just about immediate so was surprised with first qtr 2008 predictions as they have long said they were ready to roll. There obviously is some work required beforehand but to leave it too late can run straight into wet season which may delay a little the first months.
