There is so much red tape to get around, they just dont slap leases out like parking fines! This is a generic issue across the country. QOL leases will come.

As to why the holder left; speculate all you like but no-one here knows that answser. Lets stick to what we do know!

    1) Treatment plant has nearly been competely assembled off site
    2) Treatment plant will be moved to site immediately following the leases being granted - the contractors are ready to go
    3) Coarser grind size is now being used - less power consumption from the plant and higher recovery = increased profit
    4) Fundamentals for both tungsten and molly strong strong + the inclusion bismuth by product
    5) EPA, native title DONE
    6) Liklihood of Wolfram increasing resource figure HIGH
    7) Interest from off take agreements of concentrates HIGH
    8) JV @ Wolfram has secured new land adjacent to wolfram prospect
    9) Infrastructure nearly completed @ Wolfram
    10) Fully funded project - no capital required
