Can someone see what is going on with the little small cap...

Can someone see what is going on with the little small cap stocks at the moment, stocks are going crazy, doubling and even tripling in price in some cases, during the last 10- 14 days and the best part of it is without any announcements.
Some examples are MTH, HNR, AGY, PLP, BAR, BGS, MNQ, SYA, ZEU, SEG, and honestly I can go with at least another 20 minnows.
MOD has to take this opportunity in the next few days to join the party with some very interesting and exciting announcements so we can do what these stocks are doing, you have to take advantage of the market at present because it all could end very suddenly, we have the advantage on almost all of these companies because we have a project that can deliver millions of $$$ to the company in the future.
