    Seems to make sense. They are raising capital at 10 cents and share price is around 0.6-0.7 cents and so 15:1 is appropriate. ODN will get 10:1.

    Market cap after re-quotation will be around $100-200m so I think we should see a pretty healthy gain from current levels.
