SUSPENSION REQUESTLodestar Minerals Limited hereby requests the suspension of trading in its shares from the commencement of trading today under ASX Listing Rule 17.2.The Company has entered into an in-principle agreement for the sale of a material asset.It is intended that the suspension will be lifted upon the release of an announcement detailing the asset sale, anticipated on 3 August 2023, following the signing of a binding agreement and the lodgement of a response to ASX’s price query.The Board of Lodestar Minerals is not aware of any reason why the suspension in its securities should not be granted by the ASX
