    The market reaction to a 4-6 week delay in testing is getting ridiculous. Someone hitting 10 and 9.9 in half million blocks like the company is broke. That type of selling is usually reserved for after a dry hole.

    IMO the problem with CEL is not the management its the share register. Far to many weak hands or people on margin.
