The market reaction to a 4-6 week delay in testing is getting ridiculous.

Not ridiculous. Seen it many times before. Market over-reaction, which is even more reactive in the current economic climate. However, it's not the first delay, and the market, as predicted, treats these sort of announcements harshly. I am sure as the 6 weeks approaches all will be forgotten again, unless of course there is another delay and another poor reason given. Each delay gives it's credibility a further hit.
