I agree, too risky to touch this stock until there is confirmation that it's operation is on track and there's a financing solution to it's large debt.
I'd rather see the proof in the quarterly and operations update first.
For those existing holders I'd recommend a stop loss in place for a margin of safety.
Some of my other spec stocks are doing very well indeed so I'm in no rush
