The company owns 10 percent of the worlds high grade manganese.

It also has copper, zinc, chromite and iron ore.

$2.28 doesn't come near where it is worth.

Remember most takeovers start with the lowest price possible.

Baxter and Gilbertson are both South Africans. Gilbertson has already been d*cked by us Aussies. Chances are these two are in cahoots.

But one thing is certain. Baxter doesn't have the final say. THE SHAREHOLDERS DECIDE and a lot of the institutions don't like it.

In order to get control of this company Gilbertson will have to get their approval.
