passive, if we waited for the bears, to make up their minds, we would never buy again...
its an open market....if I find the house I am looking for, in the location, that meets my requirements, I will buy it...
all the houses are marketed the same...there for everyone to see...
when I was younger, I missed out, against others that were cashed up....
I have learnt how to get what I want....
