Not going to partake in offer - as I will be able to buy cheaper than 8c on market IF this ever gets out of TH and I feel like throwing more money away.
No one in their right mind is going to value GXY @ 8c with 1 BILLION plus shares on issue.
Someone else is telling the board what to do (just my impression) and to protect their interests (again just my impression).
