I have submitted my complaint to ASIC and encourage other concerned shareholders on HC to do same. I have requested ASIC to review dialogue and minutes of meetings regarding this decision and dynamics of the rights issue..Agree Kacy with your post and encourage to send through to ASIC as part of investigation.

Such a promising public listed company who has been supported by several significant capital raisings over the past 2 years. To be requesting a rights issue at significant discount and dilution, destroying shareholder value is beyond me.

I am voting NO..this rights issue just doesn't add up to me and quite rightly concerned shareholders on HC have pointed out the shortcomings.
