The timing of this takeover bid into uncertain times is timely indeed.
From past experience of hostile t/over bids this one is likely to linger for much longer than many AGM holders might think, unless of course, ZFX ups the ante considerably in fast time.

A more likely scenario will be for the bid to be extended without an increased offer.... just to make things even more un comfortable and impatient to the point that you accept the offer.

Hold firm and remember the first offer is highly unlikely to be the last!!
