Just to second this view ..

by the time you start to read the tenth extension notice and the fourth or fifth supplementary bidders notice it all gets a bit ho hum ..

The way I read it is that ZFX have until March (at the earliest ) to get serious about increasing an offer. Their view .. as stated .. is that the current mine ( and production is worth a buck and they may well be happy ( as in break out the joy joy juice ) if there is a commissioning problem ..

Has no one here been following the CSM or JBM T/O ..

ZFX biggest problem is that the mountain of cash ZFX is sitting on makes them a sitting target .. and a buyback would make them even more attractive .. so can't see that happening ..
