I've been thinking about those small benchtop induction cookers - the plug in type
my guess is that they will be in ultra high demand as the winter comes - if gas supplies run short - those little benchtop jobs are perfect - I reckon there'll be a huge run on them.
AC atm must be going through the roof - both because of the gas - and the heatwaves.
The bars here have misters outside which have been pumping like mad in the last days. Yesterday was hotter - but, actually easier - because there was a good solid breeze - yes, it was like a fan forced oven - but, with a wet shirt or towel/scarf wet and draped - it was like being in a fridge - whereas Monday - was far harder to handle - no breeze at all.
thank god this morning is cool -- a delight to walk and have things open and feel - just a tad cool.
