    yes it is a massive announcemnt a company with a 500M cap would be crowing about this while little old SBP only has a 15M market cap so it should be screaming it from the roof tops. I cant understand why the sp has only budget 40% anyway bought a few hundred K sub .04 on the anouncemnt so will watch with interest.
