it's a defamation case, and Senator Reynolds therefore had to show how her esteem in the public eye had been lowered through the publication of three posts on social media.

I haven't followed this defamation case in forensic detail but she doesn't seem to have presented evidence where she was defamed.

what we have found is what a delicate flower Senator Reynolds is. Unable to face the rough and tumble of political life, or even just life, she resorts to meaningless courtroom palaver, through mouth for hire lawyer Bennett.
