It would certainly be better to have a federal gov. that listens carefully to medical advice - I don't believe this is happening atm. M. prefers to make his own decisions and this is the key problem that ppl with no medical qualifications are making the key decisions.

This is not a mechanical process as you seem to be thinking - your 5 points reflect a certainty that your thinking is correct and will automatically result in effective removal of the virus.

This is a living organism that doesn't follow your rules. You need to learn about how viruses work before developing a plan.
