The problem is decades of US foreign policy that has benefited the hawks and their donors. The donors being non sovereign states and weapons producers.
ISIS was born from Bush’s assassination of Hussein but was allowed to grow and exist by Obama. It was Trump that destroyed ISIS.
Decades and centuries of problems are partisan x 2. It’s up to us to be bipartisan, find solutions or face more decades and centuries of the same.
