In my opinion; the whole project can't happen without customers and there is no evidence that foundation customers have been engaged. I have heard that some of the potential customers are " baffled" by recent events. Secondly I find it hard to believe how any financial institution would invest $6.5 billion into a project with no customers and no bankable feasabilty study. Based upon current information in my opinion PDY don't have a iron ore project that would justify a $6,5 investment if any at all, it looks marginal to me. Whilst PDY have the Yilgarn IP it is almost 10 years out of date and they don't hold any approvals for rail or port access or gave any environmental or aboriginal heritage clearances
