I can only say one thing. The timing for releasing the revision report is very wrong and troublesome. Was is intensional? They'd know better how the market would react and guess who would have sufficient time to allocate funds and have the game plan ready for the opening? Certainly not us. We are talking about $100m plus for this exercise here. Who's benifiting?
Although I was lucky to have the funds ready to take the advantage of the situation but, I feel rather guilty knowing many of us had been ambushed.
