    I can not understand why MOY farmed the Barton leases out to NOV in 2011 for what looked like only $1.5M and a BFS to MOY to be completed by April 2016.
    At least I guess NOV have increased the potential of the area with their recent reef discovery, however it could have stayed 100% with MOY.
