That crap loan, these 2 crap CRs, the crap 4C not yet released - why not? Why have they not been keeping shareholders informed of the business? Why have they raised $217 mil to pay the remaining $130 mil of the loan plus $87 mil exit penalty? Why have they then thrown retail holders a bone by raising $50 mil to pay the costs of the CR.
