She has a steady stream of bonuses and options vesting each 6 months, particularly as she has been with the company for a fair while and many are at very favourable prices. She would leave ZIP as a very wealthy person.
A question I have: if a company is taken over / bought out, what happens to unvested bonuses and Options belonging to directors? My instincts suggest that they will be vested as part of the takeover but I may be wrong?
