Example: today you got subscription for 200 000 shares at 7.6 cents.
Today market price is 8.9 cents and you don`t have money to buy those shares at 7.6 c.
You need to sell some shares in order to get $15 000.
I think , as soon as subscription will go forward, the SP will go down and it will not stop at 7.6 level.
May be I`m wrong.
