This is not just license agreement

This type of deal generally starts with a license agreement and becomes a major revenue contributor moving forward. If you look at Weebit Nano, they also kicked things off with a simple university licensing agreement from Rice University. Check out the prospectus here:https://announcements.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20160503/pdf/436zxc9y9rcl0f.pdfNo product, no revenue back then, just IP and a vision. Fast forward, and they’re now commercialising memory chips and signing deals with foundries. This is no different. DorsaVi’s just secured access to deep, proven OxRAM tech from NTU Singapore, nine full patent families, backed by over a decade of R&D. It’s proper foundational stuff. You need the license before you build anything meaningful in semiconductors. That’s how you start. The people brushing this off as “just a license” probably haven’t followed how memory companies grow. This is exactly how it’s done.
