The de-list from ASX was conditional on listing on the SGX, if it never lists they simply lift the trading halt and we stay on ASX and dont trigger the convertible bond price adjust.

If PB got the company snookered by some clever scheme with promises of a free set of cornerstones then lets go bar-room brawl mode and trash the relist.
