Must be a lot of hedge funds etc with redemption calls, selling at any price to cash up.
They have themselves to blame, the spec/mid caps/metal prices/currencies have been over priced for yonks, coming home to roost now.
There is $32b in margin on Australian shares atm. The perfect storm.
Some real cheapies out there now on low P/E's. Resources still looking good.
