your solution is pure wishful thinking, IMO
Theoretically feasible, but how does the practice work?

It takes at least 10 years, from the beginning of the research to the marketability.

But in these 10 years there are also further developments of the current battery technology...

At the end of the day, the relationship between performance and price is decisive.
