Top 20 have continued to load up..The top 20 do not accumulate at this stage of the game with the fears or willingness to be bought out cheap.

They are accumulating because they believe they are going to turn a profit on their investments based on what they know.

Don't think the top 20 are blind Freddy...They see..They know..More than the average Joe is privileged to.
