what does a state owned company want / that they do not have / running out of locally ?
guaranteed Supply - so that their future plans are 100% in their control .
PC said that normally the dragon has board control in large investment positions. But not TON. Not yet .
how did we negotiate a neutral board ?
Because we hold the assets . Able to dictate the high ground advantage. For now at least .
