Their average entry for the 34% is actually 5.3c VWAP.
The 4.1c, is the psychological level due to fresh capital issued there.

As for sellers under that, i guess its weak hands who arent looking at what events may occur when you have a fully financed cash cow, in a significant growth sector. WHere is demand in 18 month time for fire retardants ?

And what does china want to secure ? guarantee supply. Simple enough bet.
I cant say where the bottom is for weak hands, but would like to see some pro active steps by management to support the sp in the interim. For 44m US EBITDA, you have to wonder what price a person will give away the MC at as that de-risk narrows.

The big picture is JHT leading TON into Value add JV for the remainder of the offtake 50%.
So i dont see us playing ball with other offtakers to stitch that up. So rather than just speculate, they need to arrive at MOUs etc, to show the market that we in effect have 100% offtake.

I think PC needs to step up and buy on market to show support, but also perhaps we need JHT approved before any other steps are considered.
