The question needs to be pushed back to PC, what price support mechanisms they will move with after the JHT deal.

Its not enough to look at a development humming along, the value needs a price re-rate, requires buyers that dont flip on market.

One thing PC did say, was the JHT were going to be a holder, not a flipper.
But what we need, also, is deep pockets to open up the on market buying.
