They need government approval for anything over 20% & their 34% is already under consideration.
To increase would require further scrutiny by ASIC.
Weak hands are playing into the strong..Like Rikk I too will be looking to top up subject to other trades in motion..If the timing is still right a further averaging down is well on the cards.
The sword cuts both ways & remember the volume is very thin on both sides of the fence.
