I get your feeling about the depressed share price and I'm in the same boat as you. The problem is that the company has tried to negotiate with other non-chinese "reputable companies" initially including WGX debacle(maybe WGX deal wasn't that bad in comparison after all if you look back). I am sure PC would be very happy to issue shares at 4.2c to a big player from West. However, by now there is no white knight in the horizon from the West to save us all.
Maybe FIRB can reject the proposal before the shareholder meeting to save the voters from their dilemmas...LOL.
