The Jinan Hi-tech resolution should just fall under a typical EGM with standard 28 days notice to shareholders.

Triton has been remarkably stable at the 4c support found since the pressures of the Chinese/USA trade war hit markets.

It doesn't always enjoy the huge swings or liquidity a trader might typically enjoy at other stocks..The shareholder base is imo made up of long term holders who have likely taken their final position in Triton..Until financing arrives the catalyst for big upward movement is probably not present..The approval of firb & Jinan Hi-tech will be positive but not necessarily bag worthy.

Most stocks are discovered by gains in sp.. enjoyed by the few who have their finger on the pulse before the market mass do..Then comes the bags..The liquidity.
