we are in the box seat, we have what JHT need (ancuabe 50% remaining offtake), and they have what we need (finance)

But we as a collective are the SP. And we want price support.

If they want what we have, they need to agree as condition to 50% off take, to support triton SP with on market buying.

If they are truly an equity investor, they should have no problem agreeing to seeing fair value being realized.
And when supported, would remove the fear and promote their value add initiatives. Which would see other market participants take over in price support.

Alternatively, Re- Suzhou / Qingdao Jinhui Graphite Co. Ltd. could get involved at an equity on market buying in lou of a deal with Nicanda West, or 10% interest in Ancuabe.

I'd rather have TON as a 90% project holder, valued by on market buying from deep pockets, than 100% and languishing.

The market is all a confidence game.

I have emailed the company my suggestions, suggest others do likewise if they believe in being proactive.
