Don't believe there were cappers at 15 cents because both lines of 1million shares at 15 cents were taken out. No effort to remove selling. May be a overseas order or a naive seller who thought they could just load 2 lines of stock in the machine at 15 cents & a sale would take place. Obviously someone with a big holding of stock because 6th biggest shareholders each only own 3 million shares, so lines like that probably coming out of top 20 shareholders list. Looks like a major shareholder has been feeding the market for a few weeks & may finally be losing influence on stock price. Regards Buffett
